Our Contract
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you an email confirmation that we have despatched the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Despatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Pricing
All prices shown are in GB pounds. Currently, payments may only be made in GB pounds.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
Delivery charges will be added to the order during the checkout process. The delivery charge will be dependant on the weight of the order, and the country to which the order is to be delivered. Delivery charges are clearly shown during the checkout process.
We reserve the right to amend quoted prices and delivery charges at any time prior to invoice.

Every care has been taken to ensure the product descriptions are accurate and that product images are a true representation of the object. We do not warrant that all product descriptions are error-free and current. If a product offered by us, is not as described, a refund or replacement product will be issued.
Every care is taken to ensure the product images give a true representation of the product. In some cases the colour of the product may differ slightly to that of the image. Where appropriate, the product dimensions are included in the product description.
Unless stated in the product description, products are not sold with warranties or guarantees.
